Sheldon Lavin is the CEO of the largest food production company in the world known as OSI Group. It is one of the oldest companies in the globe having been started over a hundred years ago. Their expansion approach has also been very aggressive on the home soil of United States.

In the United Kingdom, OSI Group has partnered with Pickstock who together have expanded the production and supply of beef production in Europe. This partnership has also helped Pickstock to also grow. Locally in the United States, the company has not been left behind in its acquisition approach to expanding its businesses. OSI Group acquired Tyson production plant in Illinois Tyson production plant was strategically positioned since it is near the main branch in Illinois. Tyson production is one of the biggest plants in the country with a coverage of 20000 square feet. It has helped OSI Group to manage its expansionist approach to business in the country.
