Alliance Defending Freedom
Alliance Defending Freedom is a conservative non-profit legal advocacy group in the United States. They support traditional family values and have been categorized as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center.
These activities shall be directed toward influencing the public debate about issues of public concern. They are limited in kind and degree to advocacy that can be sustained without funding or resources beyond the resources presently on hand or reasonably anticipated to become available. Any activity not specifically identified as permissible must be approved by the Alliance Defending Freedom’s Legal Counsel.

Supplemental Insurance
These optional products are available through Blue Cross/Blue Shield: Accident Only Plan, Cancer Sickness Plan Plus, Critical Illness Plus, Hospital Indigent Service Program (HISP), Maternity Only Plan, and Vision Only Plan.
Retirement
The ADF Retirement plan provides a comprehensive retirement benefit to eligible employees who have satisfactorily completed three years of service. The Plan allows the employee to choose between two types of benefits: a defined benefit or a defined contribution. The contributions are based on pay and are calculated according to years of service and the employee’s age. The Plan is very generous in its employer matching formula, with matching contributions as high as 7% per year of service on Tier One contributions. There are over 30 investment choices under the Plan to help manage assets.
Alliance Defending Freedom Executive Committee is responsible for managing the organization. It is composed of all full- or part-time employees.
