Call center and technology firm partners with Hughes Marino

Not long ago, we as a company were looking at our lease and whether to continue in our occupancy. Another board member suggested Hughes Marino after being referred by a colleague. At first, we discussed restructuring the lease; we believed a move or remodel was out of our budget. 

 

The project management team and our representative from Hughes Marino rep firm was very knowledgeable and we became confident that moving to a more reasonable location downtown and remodel of the space was well within our means (Finance). 

 

The plan and design phase was exciting as the team also showed us how a modern call center and technology leader can be organized. As Hughes Marino recalls, they were also keen with ways to incorporate a hybrid workforce, as we have several branches nationwide. 

 

Once the remodel was complete, and we had moved locations, everyone felt refreshed at the modernization and change. The feeling of renewed pride in one’s work was often discussed in the management meetings and we’ve been very happy with the results we’ve achieved. We did not believe this was possible last year, but the team at Hughes Marino led us forward into this success. We are in the planning stages with their culture consultant and project manager to update our east coast location.
