Hughes Marino is a Property Management business unit. The firm provides the corporate and institutional clients with innovative and cost-saving solutions across a wide range of property management activities including office management, retail space management, leasing for commercial tenants, and accommodation for students.

 

The Asset Management business unit provides strategic portfolio planning advice including identifying opportunities and risks to the business owner or investor. The team also offers a range of third party asset management services including the management and operation of unoccupied commercial property and facilitating rental arrangements. The Revenue Management business unit from Hughes Marino undertakes the evaluation of investment opportunities.

 

They achieve this by identifying properties that will meet the clients’ objectives, maximize income and deliver a return. The firm has been involved in numerous high-profile developments across Australia and New Zealand since its formation in early 2011. The Hughes Marino firm has completed a number of commercial, residential, retail and hospitality developments. 

 

The firm is currently involved in a number of multi-million-dollar developments including the redevelopment of the Queensland Performing Arts Centre at South Bank and the refurbishment of Brisbane’s Old Treasury Building. Hughes Marino was engaged for an international hotel development in Singapore in 2011. The firm was awarded the contract to provide design services.

Also, project management and construction management services for many of the hotel’s first-floor and ground-floor retail outlets. Hughes Marino has worked to redevelop the former Commonwealth Bank Building. This, on Melbourne’s Collins Street into a luxury hotel, with construction starting in late 2013. The facility will provide 85 guest rooms and be open by mid 2016. Hughes Marino has been appointed as joint project manager for Ngee Ann City, Singapore’s largest office complex.
