Who Are The Alliance Defending Freedom
The article centers around discussing the mission of the group known as The Alliance Defending Freedom. As their ‘About Me’ states, they are a group that mainly focuses on issues regarding the trumped rights of those that want the freedom to practice their religion. In addition to that, they also protect freedom of speech, the sanctity of life, as well as parental rights.
As the article goes on, there is a deeper dive into the group’s history. Starting from their humble beginnings back in 1994 by many members of the Christian community. However, that doesn’t mean that the Alliance Defending Freedom does not aid those of different religious backgrounds such as those of Muslim faith, Jewish faith, Mormon faith, etc. In addition to that, Alliance Defending Freedom also defend those outside of the United States, working to stop genocides against Christians, Shia Muslims, Yazidis and other oppressed religious groups.

This group stands proud of their mission to help those that they feel have no means of standing up for themselves. In addition to their work, they will often release informational videos on topics that they have a vested interest in such as free speech with the case of Michelle Gregoire who was arrested by her campus’ police for promoting her club and the right to live which is something they helped fight for with the case of Jesse Ramirez who’s live was almost taken by an estranged wife and fought for by his sister.
