Gretchen Robinson is a leader in the Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (RIOC) of New York City. As the Vice President and General Counsel, Robinson works to ensure the success of RIOC and the Roosevelt Island community. With more than 20 years of experience in both the public and private sector, she is uniquely qualified to lead RIOC as it continues to grow in the years ahead.
Robinson has been with RIOC since 2017, when she was hired to take over the role of General Counsel. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the position, having previously worked as an assistant district attorney, an adjunct professor of law, and a legal advisor for the New York State Senate. Her expertise has proven invaluable in the day-to-day operations of RIOC, as she is responsible for managing the legal aspects of the organization and provides legal advice to its board of directors.
Robinson is dedicated to the Roosevelt Island community and has worked hard to ensure RIOC’s success. Under her leadership, RIOC has implemented a number of initiatives designed to improve the quality of life for residents.
