Yanni Hufnagel is the CEO and founder of Lemon Perfect, a California-based company that has brought back the authentic lemon bar. The Lemon Perfect bar has been on sale since February 2015, with no signs of it coming off the shelves anytime soon. Yanni started the company after being unsatisfied with the taste of commercially available lemon bars.

Yanni Hufnagel is a keen snowboarder sponsored by Burton Snowboards in his spare time. He also loves to spend time with his family and collects Orange flavored soft drinks and has a collection of 40 flavors that he can’t wait to get his hands on.

Yanni Hufnagel was born to a Greek father and a German mother in Australia. When he was a teenager, he made and exported jams from his family’s apiary business; his father is still the owner today. The jams were packaged locally and sent overseas to customers, including a customer in the United States who enjoyed them so much that they asked for more.
Success is achieved through hard work and determination, which Yanni has in abundance. By his early twenties, he had started his own distribution company and begun importing and exporting many things. Lemon Perfect was created through their combined knowledge of the food industry and business management skills.
